There is a place for you
You don’t have to know everything about the outdoors.
Some leaders teach skills and guide adventures. Others help organize meetings, communicate with families, manage equipment, or support troop activities behind the scenes. What matters most is a willingness to serve, learn, and invest in boys.

A safe place to grow
Every leader is carefully prepared.
Adult leaders are selected by the charter church and complete Trail Life’s membership process, nationwide criminal background check, and required Child Safety and Youth Protection training.
